CHALLENGE

UPS is one of the world’s biggest global shipping and logistics companies. Innovation is at the heart of their business model. Unable to attend exhibitions in 2020 following covid, UPS was looking for a way to host their exhibition in a way that was truly immersive and accessible to all.

aPPROACH

This 3D digital pavilion is home to a diverse range of interactive exhibits. Each themed zone was designed to showcase the future of logistics. We created a way to bring C-suite execs to life in the form of virtual avatars, where they could introduce 7 immersive and interactive zones and give guided tours of the HIVE. Digital display plinths, walking-talking content portals, and a range of video content, backed by an integrated AI chatbot, was brought to life to provide assistance throughout the experience.

Powerful analytics underpin the experience. New features, content, and experiences are being added all of the time, allowing UPS to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to innovation and keep prospects engaged.
